The Head of Process and Control, will implement regular controls for Retail and Wealth Management business units. Key accountabilities will include performing the role of Quality Assurance as stated in the Operational Risk framework, ensuring the availability of the updated processes, policies and procedures and driving better solutions. This will guarantee an increase in customer satisfaction, as well as reduce cycle time and defects.

The role will take responsibility in implementing Key Control Standards and regular checks for all branches. The key to this role is to ensure no overdue and repetition of audit findings in Retail and Wealth Management.

Qualifications:

This being a pivotal role, the candidate should possess 10 years experience in various areas such as Operation, Business, Audit and Compliance. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in processing personal loans along with experience in risk control function. Having prior experience in managing a team and good stakeholder management will prove beneficial. A BSMR 3 certified or a degree qualified candidate will be preferred.
