Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (CCDI) – National Offce is inviting the right candidate to fill in the position in Strategic Planning area as Junior Innovation Manager.
The Junior Innovation Manager is a position in Strategic Planning Department that reports to Product Portfolio & Innovation Manager. The role is to drive and manage the product innovation by lead and manage the development process of the product, marketing programs relate to consumer and product launchings within the managed product in partnering with all key relationship functions. The Senior Innovation Manager function is a combine function between category/product management skills with trade marketing knowledge for deliverable NPD & Product Innovation strategy.
JUNIOR INNOVATION MANAGER
To fill this position, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities :
- Implement and managing the innovation and New Product Development (NPD) process within system
- Helping in research to analyze the categories/market trend, identify market and consumer opportunities as well as the competitor activities on consumer activation and product launch.
- Forecasting new products based on multiple sources such as category estimate, Retail Audit, scan data, internal data (Arjuna, RED), etc.
- Leading new product development process & the launch strategy/plan within the system, managing process with Coca-Cola Indonesia (CCI) brand & innovation team, Production, Region Directors & their operations, Finance and other related departments.
- Ensuring profitability of each NPD prior (and also after launch) through the management of Value Chain development with conjunction with Finance.
- Taking part (with National DOP) for new product stock availability and communicate it to respective people in team
- Reviewing and monitoring progress on the new launched products and consumer feedback/response, and provide insights for any required corrective action
- Managing CCAI’s NPD DME & monitoring CCI’s NPD DME for related product launch
- Reviewing & monitoring regular category/related market analysis performance
- Coordinating the development of product/ packaging for graphic changes and promotion requirement from CCI and other internal functions for related categories
- Reviewing Regular product performance, and collaborating with respective Functions to come up with improvement solution
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualifications:
- Holding bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
- Having Minimum 2 years in brand management / product management/ New Product Development in FMCG company
- Having great understanding about consumer as a total and in relation to the business
- Having knowledge in traditional & modern channel management
- Having experience of managing a brand and launch new product into market
- Having a great understanding in project management process
- Good communication skill (both Bahasa and English)
- Excellent persuasion skill, to help in getting commitment from cross functions
- An innovative person, strategic thinker and good analytical skill
- Good working with concept and numbers
- A multi tasking person with capability to coordinate & work with people from many functions
