Procurement Civil Administrator (PCA)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist a Project Manager running his/her day-to-day activities of managing Lotte’s expansion projects in Indonesia. The responsibility may include but not limited to data analysis, presentation set-up, cost management, vendor selection, Bill of Quantity, Bill of Survey, contract set-up, and project administration.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in technical field. Preferably holds a civil degree from public or top & accredited University in Java with min GPA 2.80
- Experienced in supporting large civil project administration (malls, super-block, office buildings, and other similar)
- Has Strong Negotiation Skills
- Has Strong Analytical and Presentation skills, using Ms-Office suite and Visual Basic
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably familiar with work environment in a Retail Industry
