Technical Manager R & D
Qualifications :
- Male/Female , Age 35 – 40 years old
- Educational background : Degree level or higher qualification from Food Science / Technology
- Exp : between 8 – 10 yrs exp in a senior R&D role and have been gained in a professionally managed company. Overseas exposure would be an advantage
- Must be articulate and a clear thinker able to motivate people to take the company forward to International Standards
- Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English with the willingness to travel are essential
- Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the new product and process development to achieve the short and longer term R & D Plan, Product and Process Improvement
- The role will cover Value Added Meat, Milk Products, New Technologies and the Management of the company’s Chemical and Microbiological laboratories
- Report Directly to Vice President Head of Manufacturing and R & D Consumer Product
