Portfolio Business Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB

  • Reporting to Executive Vice President Portfolio Business, this role will be responsible for analyze and preparing report concerning company’s growth in the Group’s subsidiaries – establishing KPIs, setting targets and assessing performance of portfolio companies

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Preparing & reporting procedures for new subsidiaries in the Portfolio Management process
  • Preparing material of budget & planning for subsidiaries
  • Compile Corporate Finance data for financial performance aspects with operational performance
  • Preparing periodical performance reviews of subsidiaries to monitor subsidiaries performance
  • Create performance report of subsidiaries based on KPIs
  • Supporting team in acquisition / execution

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • Preferable with advanced degree (having degree in Industry Technical, Finance and/or Magister Management)
  • 5-8 years of experience of which at least 3 years experience in performance management and / or operational controlling department of a large corporation (multinational IT/System Integrators)
  • Hands on implementation of Balance Scorecard and KPI setting at organization level
  • Generalist skills in transaction implementation, and managing financial and administrative proceedings
  • Strong IT Managed, application services market knowledge and experience within corporate markets ideally coupled with Telecom knowledge
  • Strong expertise in analyzing financial and operational performance through performance reports
  • Driving personality – focus on performance management and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong written and communication skills
