Portfolio Business Manager
PURPOSE OF JOB
- Reporting to Executive Vice President Portfolio Business, this role will be responsible for analyze and preparing report concerning company’s growth in the Group’s subsidiaries – establishing KPIs, setting targets and assessing performance of portfolio companies
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Preparing & reporting procedures for new subsidiaries in the Portfolio Management process
- Preparing material of budget & planning for subsidiaries
- Compile Corporate Finance data for financial performance aspects with operational performance
- Preparing periodical performance reviews of subsidiaries to monitor subsidiaries performance
- Create performance report of subsidiaries based on KPIs
- Supporting team in acquisition / execution
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Preferable with advanced degree (having degree in Industry Technical, Finance and/or Magister Management)
- 5-8 years of experience of which at least 3 years experience in performance management and / or operational controlling department of a large corporation (multinational IT/System Integrators)
- Hands on implementation of Balance Scorecard and KPI setting at organization level
- Generalist skills in transaction implementation, and managing financial and administrative proceedings
- Strong IT Managed, application services market knowledge and experience within corporate markets ideally coupled with Telecom knowledge
- Strong expertise in analyzing financial and operational performance through performance reports
- Driving personality – focus on performance management and reporting
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong written and communication skills
