Purchasing Staff (PS)

(Project based – Cimanggis)

The Purchasing Staff will be responsible to support purchasing team in performing the procurement of goods and services according to SOP, and support the project implementation

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support purchasing team
• Procurement management
• Project implementation support
• Reporting

REQUIREMENTS :

• Hold Bachelor Degree
• Has experience in Purchasing, Planning or Distribution minimum 2 years, preferably from Food Industry / Chemical / Manufacturing / FMCG
• Good knowledge Purchasing system
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
• Keen with details
• Able to work independently, as well as a team member
• Mature, reliable, honest, trustworthy
• Strong analytical thinking
• Has experience in implementing / using automated system/ SAP
• Strong drive to achieve the objectives set
