ACCOUNTING MANAGER (@Makassar)

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification of Diploma or Degree in Accountancy ( Bachelor and excellent degree )
• At least 5 year experience In Shipping Companies as Accounting
• Fluent In English both oral and written
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Excel in the use of computer accounting principles and use them often.
• Ability to team work and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record All Kind Of Journal Entries and Prepare All Kind Of Reconciliations ( Bank, Cash On Hand, AR, AP …etc)
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and cost accounting reports.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local and private funding, contracts, and grants.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
