Due to our fast expansion we are in needs of professional who are outstanding and high motivated to fill the position of:

FINANCE OPERATING STAFF

Responsibilities include

• Petty cash and cash book handling, along with preparing all daily cash and bank disbursements
• Enter invoices and expense reports into the accounting system
• Enter tax invoices into the e-spt
• Audits invoices and payment vouchers for, mathematical accuracy, proper support and approval signature
• Maintaining proper documentation for all payments
• Resolving discrepancies including inquiries from vendors and account managers
• Creating expense reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to operate computer with accounting system and good practice skill using Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and Tax reporting (e-SPT)
• Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles
• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Ability to recognize urgency and prioritize accordingly
• Good in teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision
• Honest, proactive and high responsibility

Qualifications:

• Age 23 – 32 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding of work processes and internal controls
• High integrity, honest, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Computer literacy is required
• Detail, well organized, and high integrity
• Good communication skill and costumer service oriented
