Training & Development Staff

The incumbent will be responsible to participate in the activities of the Human Resources Sub Department by planning, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate the training activities to improve employees’ skills, knowledge and behavior required by their job align with company vision, mission, and strategies

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75.
• Male/Female, not older than 30 years old.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Have knowledge on training need analysis, learning theories, recruitment selection, and also on training effectiveness evaluation.
• Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
• Able to act as a role model, encourage and support others to do so.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
• Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
